  UPDATE: Lou called me and said whats my problem. Instead of listening to me he was very very rude. Never admitted that his staff or himself did anything wrong. In a 10 minute conversation he didnt let me finish even one sentence. Not sure if the head office wanted my number so that Lou can take his frustation out on me for writing here. But it moreover confirmed my belief that this car wash is worst customer facing business I have ever seen.

  worst experience ever. Upsold me to a $69 rather than a $39 wash and interior clean. I was told the interior clean would include a vacuum and proper leather clean and treatment rather than just a wipe down. They didn't even vacuum until I asked them to and definitely did nothing at all to the leather. Did not even wipe it down. DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY AT THIS PLACE. THEY ARE CROOKS

  I went there on Friday afternoon. They told me 100 for steam cleaning of seats and door trims and said 2 hours wait time. I didn't have the time so went there sat. The price changed to 140. I told them I was given quote of 100 yesterday. Person (Lou) said it's cheap but we will do in same process if u come tomorrow 830am. He said he will tell the person working tomorrow morning that I have been quoted 100 and he will do it in 100.

  It's a shame because some of the people there actually do a good job, just depends who you get on the day. It's very hit and miss.
