  We've attended Healthmint several times for various issues over the past year and can truly say their service can not be faulted. The doctors are all excellent; their knowledge, empathy and attention to details are fantastic but the wonderful reception and office staff deserve a special mention. They go above and beyond the call of duty! I highly recommend the clinic to anyone searching for good old fashioned care.

  I've struggled with finding a good doctor since our family GP retired around 20 years ago. My partner found HealthMint and showed me the glowing reviews, so I booked in. From first arriving, through dealing with the welcoming and professional reception staff, my actual consultation, follow-ups and a return visit to discuss test results, the experience has been amazing. Dr. Ko made me feel 100% at ease, he listened and offered great advice.

  My husband and I been to HealthMint clinic .. I was such a beautiful atmosphere we were quite impress a GP clinic look way much better you feel so relax that you forgot you were sick... Doctor Paul is so nice and caring listen to the medical issue and help you in even way.. he and his team is amazing and very polite..

  I have only visited the clinic once. After feeling a little rushed from my initial appointment - which was on a Sat I was asked to schedule a follow up appointment. I called to cancel the follow up and booked again online- I then cancelled that days prior ! And few days later I received an invoice for $84 in post. I emailed and called to understand why the charge occurred and I was given little to no valid response beyond - it's in our conditions (even though I gave sufficient notice!). I really don't plan on returning after a poor experience.

  We saw Dr Julia Guzenko and our visit could not have been more different. She was professional, thorough, and quietly empathetic during what was quite a lengthy visit. There were several things we needed to address and everything was carefully considered and explained, as well as quite a bit of paperwork completed.

  It starts with great reception staff and keeps going with great doctors and other specialists! After bouncing around different clinics (6+) I've finally found the right clinic for me. I have now been back multiple times and the level of care I am receiving only gets better each visit. Thank you HealthMint you have restored my faith in good quality GP service.
