  The person on the phone was rude, condescending and accusatory. After telling me she wouldn't fix the problem, I advised her she was being quite rude and I didn't appreciate this. She then told me I was rude and that if I had been more polite, then maybe she'd have fixed the order. Very spiteful. She hung up on me and when I called back she said they wouldn't even send out the missed item, but would instead 'allow me' to pick one up from the store.

  A long time customer of this store, had let many small mistakes slide previously. Ordered last night through menulog as I have many times to avoid waiting on the phone to order, but the order was wrong and an item was missing upon delivery.

  Called the store and was immediately told that it was my fault and that I can't expect free things, before I even had a chance to request anything. Also I had paid for the items, didn't want anything free.

  We had a function for 350 people for our annual meeting! Reece and the team catered with a mixture of meats, salads, rolls and snacks.

  VERY HAPPY with Food so far(2 visits, one for a roast pork meat only with delicious crackle, other was a roast pork sandwich with apple sauce YUM!)
